Kelsie Hayes is a visionary florist, creative director, entrepreneur, author, and speaker whose journey from a small town in Maryland to New York City is fueled by passion and innovation.

With a philosophy of continuous reinvention, Kelsie’s distinctive designs have earned her a client roster that includes Gigi Hadid, Prada, and Hermès. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest and The New York Times, cementing her reputation as a leading creative force in the floral industry. As a creative director and experiential curator, she continues to push the boundaries of floral design, storytelling, and artistic innovation.

Kelsie lives in New York City with her husband, Justin, and their daughter, Lenny, where she remains dedicated to inspiring and elevating her craft.
